OWE: Omnichannel, WMS and ERP, end to end
Orders from TikTok Shop / Tokopedia and Shopee enter one flow: mapped to your SKUs, picked in waves, packed with marketplace labels, then booked in ERPNext. Stock flows back to the marketplaces automatically.

See it in action
One warehouse on a busy day: marketplace orders flowing through waves, checking and packing to the courier.

A native Android app on the handheld scanner
Pickers, packers, dispatchers and supervisors work in a native Android app on rugged barcode scanners, not a slow browser-based web app on a phone or PC. Each pick screen shows one SKU of the pool: the wave, the product photo, how many units the orders need and the pallet to take them from, earliest expiry first.
Pick screen on the handheld: SKU JBS-0001 for 5 orders of a mix pool, taken from pallet A1.

BI tool provided
OWE comes with a BI tool (Metabase) already set up and connected to its data, with no exports and nothing for your team to install: live dashboards for warehouse output, picker productivity, couriers, stock and marketplace sales, refreshed as the team works.

Why operations teams choose it
One place for every marketplace shop
Run many shops and many warehouses from one dashboard. Orders that cannot be routed yet wait instead of getting lost.
A warehouse that moves faster
Orders are grouped into SKU-based picking waves, so pickers collect many orders at once instead of one by one.
Stock you can trust
Per-warehouse stock is pushed to the marketplaces, and orders that are short are held rather than sent as empty promises.
Books without re-keying
Delivery Notes, Sales Invoices and Payment Entries are created in ERPNext from warehouse events and marketplace payouts.
What is inside
Marketplace channels and shops
TikTok Shop / Tokopedia and Shopee. A channel has many shops, and each shop has many stores mapped to WMS warehouses.
SKU mapping and stock / price sync
Map marketplace listings to internal SKUs per shop. Stock and price are pushed automatically; for TikTok, stock is sent per TikTok warehouse.
Order intake and routing
Orders are routed by store to the right warehouse. If the warehouse is short, the order is held with a suggested warehouse until stock arrives or someone routes it.
Wave picking by SKU pools
Single-SKU pools, mix pools and per-courier pools. Pickers work a pool with an ordered pick list.
P0 / P1 priority
Orders for instant or priority couriers automatically get P0 or P1 priority, are kept out of regular pools and are worked first.
Check / pack lines
Every finished pool goes onto a line (L1 to L5 per warehouse), worked first in, first out, and checkers pick the line with the most waiting.
Packing, marketplace labels and dispatch
Marketplace labels and AWB print at packing. An order goes to the courier only once the marketplace says it is safe: it has an AWB and is not cancelled.
Inbound against Purchase Orders
A Purchase Order in ERPNext becomes a receiving task in the WMS. Each time receiving finishes, a Purchase Receipt with quantities and batches is booked in ERPNext.
Returns with quarantine
Returned parcels are received onto a non-pickable quarantine pallet. Then choose: restock into normal stock, release for discounted sale as an -R SKU, or scrap.
Product bundles
Sell bundles without stocking the bundle. A bundle can include free gifts, its price is split across components, and its availability is computed from component stock.
ERPNext integration
A Delivery Note when packing completes, a Sales Invoice, a Payment Entry at payout with marketplace fees deducted, credit notes for returns, and Stock Entries for adjustments and transfers.
Accounting and tax reports
A 3-way match report (PO, receipt, invoice), PPN output recap, PPN with the DPP Nilai Lain presentation, and marketplace payout reconciliation.
Dashboards, alerts and BI
Dashboards for waves, pickers and ERPNext sync (with Retry for failures). Low-stock and failed-queue alerts to Discord, Slack or Google Chat. Metabase for BI analysis.
